Paleo Chocolate Fudge

In an attempt to make a rich chocolate fudge, I came up with this recipe.  It has subtle hints of coconut and almonds and it is more of a melt-in-your-mouth fudge rather than some of the chewy kinds I've tasted.  This dessert is very rich so a small square is perfectly satisfying.

A rich chocolatey bite
Ingredients:
1 1/4c coconut oil
1/2c raw almond butter
1/4c honey
1/2c agave nectar
1-3.5oz dark chocolate bar (I used 72% cocoa)
1/2c cocoa
1/2tsp vanilla extract
a pinch or two of sea salt

Directions:
1. In a large microwavable bowl, melt the oil and chocolate bar (1-2minutes).  Stir until well combined.
2. Add the almond butter, honey, agave, and vanilla.  Stir until combined.
3. Add the cocoa powder and salt and continue to stir until well combined (will still be a liquid).
4. Line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper.  Pour your fudge mix into the pan evenly.  Place in the refrigerator until firm.  Cut into squares and serve.
