I usually use ...Depends how you like them cooked. I usually use an internal thermometer and take them out around 145F but I like mine medium to medium-well. Usually, after I make the gravy and finish up the creamed spinach they are done. It also depends how long it took you to brown them on the pan... I don't have an exact time.
